Hello, my son found the password for the Family Link app. I figured out how to reset the Google password, but I need to change the parental password that locks the screen. I can't find how to do that in the app. Does anyone know how to do it, please?

Hello,

To access your child's account settings, press the button below:

Reset your child's account password

If you change your child's password, they will be logged out of their devices. The supervision settings you have enabled will only take effect when your child logs back in.

  1. Open the Family Link app Family Link.
  2. Select your child's account.
  3. Tap on Settings then Account Settings then Change Password.
  4. Sign in with your Google account.
  5. Enter a new password.
  6. Tap on Change.
  7. If two-step verification is enabled for your child's account, press OK to confirm in the pop-up notification that appears.
