France 2 pixelise

Hello everyone

I noticed that only France 2 is pixelating on my Samsung TV, especially in crowd or action scenes but really at any time, how can I fix this please?
I've already unplugged/replugged the cables etc. Nothing works...

    Hello,

    So... if the pixelation always occurs in the same places, it would be the screen that's at fault... probably the panel.

    But very random and widespread pixelation on the image indicates more of a poor reception, particularly on the frequency of "France 2," which does not implicate the TV itself. It varies by region.

    We need to check the model of this Samsung..? the TV reception method (Antenna... Satellite... Internet)... The quality of the connections and the cable as well...

        Global yes and no (it’s possible that this problem is not present in all regions…) personally, I have no issues with my television with all the channels of France Télévisions.

    Yes... Neither do I have pixelation on France 2... But we still don't have the answers to the questions raised in POST 1 that could help advance the discussion.

    Depending on the age and model of this TV, there could be interference with mobile phone frequencies... Rejection filters may not exist on all models...

    France 2 may be broadcasting on another channel that would be better received in the area. We need to search and scan several times.

    I am truly sorry to disappoint you, but I don't know much about it. It seems that it was just a temporary bad reception of the channel. As I write to you, there are no more moments of pixelation, and the problem seems to be less frequent.
