My TV is pixelating

Hello

my TV pixelates and the sound is inaudible even on a channel like France 2. It works with an antenna and is not on wifi.
I suppose that 4G or 5G is responsible. Is that possible?
thank you very much to those who can help me.

    Hello.

If you go through an antenna I don’t see any relation with 4G or 5G, your problem likely comes from the antenna or from those connections.

      Hello.

      I confirm what Bazfile says,

if the TV signal does not pass at all via Wi-Fi, and by deduction via your internet provider, it’s your antenna-related wiring that is faulty, possible reasons:

      - cable or cable ends from the TV to the wall socket: poor quality or damaged

      - poorly made wall socket

      - cable from the wall socket to the antenna: damaged or worn

      - antenna-side cable end damaged, or poorly made

Have this checked by a pro or a friend who knows exactly how to handle these things.

    Hello everyone,

    75 Ω coaxial cable (ohms).

Make sure the braid is well insulated from the core and in contact with its counterpart on the plug...

    Good luck!
