3D Movie Split in 2

Hello,
I recently got an LG 3D TV 42LM640S and I'm trying to watch 3D movies from my USB hard drive, but they are split into 2 with the same image when the 3D mode is activated.

Have you experienced this kind of issue, please?

    You have two options with this type of use, depending on whether you want to play a 3D file or convert a 2D file into 3D.

    If you want to play a native 3D video file, it must correspond to a 3D Side by Side MKV.
    Once you have started playing your movie, logically, your screen should understand the 3D encoding, which will activate automatically.

    If this is not the case, you will see two identical images split in two (usually vertically). At this point, you need to activate the 3D mode on your screen; to do this, press the 3D button on your remote control, and an interface with several 3D display modes will appear, select the Side by Side conversion.

    If it is originally a 2D video file and you want to convert it to 3D, you should select the first display mode, which corresponds to the 2D to 3D conversion.
