Hello, how do I install my antivirus that gives me the error 800b0004? The digital signature could not be changed?

Hello Bazfile, Thank you for your response.

I have already tried this method. I successfully downloaded and opened the Norton file. However, during the installation, I get the error message 800b0004. The digital signature could not be changed?

I tried Norton support, but they keep sending me back to the same installation page. I download and have the same problem. The same goes for the Norton community which directs me back to support.

I don't have any human contact with them to explain things to me.

Indeed, the causes can be multiple and the subject is poorly documented.

For your information, a user claims to have solved the issue by obtaining and activating Norton Internet Security from the Microsoft Store.

This "workaround" may have a trivial cause: a PC with Windows installed in S mode inherently prohibits the installation of anything outside the Microsoft Store.

By extension, already installed third-party security software on the PC or an existing administration policy could lead to the same result.

You didn't look closely, on the page I indicated there is the button "I still need help" that allows you to connect to your Norton account and see that with them via chat, see this page.

There is also this phone number:

Thank you Bazfile and Brucine. I managed to have a chat with Norton. I had some issues logging out after they took control of my PC for remote management. But I think it's sorted out now.
