This error code means that the ink cartridge carriage is blocked. This often happens (if not every time) when you use compatible ink cartridges. To unblock the carriage, run a head cleaning. When the carriage shifts to the left, unplug the printer.

Regarding the issue of blocking so-called compatible cartridges, these are protections regularly implemented by printer manufacturers based on the series of printers, and I cannot comment on them or offer a solution.
