Hello,
During the day, this site changed its look and the information provided.
Is this a bug?
Is this intentional and/or widespread?
Is it a problem with my hardware (Windows 10, Firefox 136.0.1)?

Since then, I have restarted, checked for viruses...

I can no longer show the old presentation,
however, here is the new one.

Thank you for your help

I just received a response, by the way (which I personally cannot verify)

The Linguee site would simply be "broken".
So wait and see!!!

Hello

Ah! We can't see anything, no links or images.

The site seems to be working and translating with Windows 10 and the same updated Firefox,

but since I'm not used to presentations, it seems that there are several offers available on the site anyway?

Hello Eric,
Thank you for your help, at my place it is no longer what it used to be and moreover my screen is polluted by advertisements as shown in the 2 photos.
Is there a way to contact Linguee???
This only happens on this site

Thanks anyway

Hello

Oh no, well it's not really my area but if there's only one site

start by clicking on the shield at the top left of the site's address, enable enhanced tracking protection for this site by clicking the button

click on the padlock just to the right and then on clear cookies and site data for this site.

If necessary, remove all the permissions you have given to the site to share your info with other sites, especially for ads, and to open pop-up windows too (those windows are actually ads)

try to do the same if you have booking.com or adobe or europa.eu (that's the ads you see) somewhere or ads that pop up on another site or the name of an ad network; some can be a bit aggressive like that.

take advice on how to adjust your browsers to avoid notifications sent by lots of sites including booking.com if you see it again and to avoid all those wanting to offer you "suggestions" everywhere.

my brief visit to linguee didn't cause me this kind of trouble, but I also didn't give any consent on that site that I didn't know.

No need to do a few translations.
