How to connect to the hotel's secure Wifi

Hello,

Currently staying in a hotel, I am connected to the establishment's Wi-Fi. Normally, a login page should appear in my browser to enter my credentials, but that is not the case.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled to resolve this issue?

    We can start by asking the hotel management.

    Aside from any global malfunction, something might be blocking this display (proxy or VPN, security software, script or ad manager on the browser...).

    yes, you need to check with the hotel management, but the wifi network is open and you connect well to it, can you check if you are receiving an IP address in your wifi network configuration.

    afterwards, it's probably the captive portal.

    Also, don't forget to set your wifi connection to public network on this kind of network and enable the firewall.
