DTI Connection

Hello,
I have a friend whose house has network sockets in some rooms. Given the poor performance of her Wi-Fi network, I told her she might as well take advantage of her setup and use the network sockets. She won't have any more connection issues.
With my limited IT and networking knowledge, I thought I could manage even starting from scratch. I found the location with all the Ethernet sockets. Cables come from everywhere, suggesting that the Ethernet sockets are well wired, but when I opened the box, I couldn't make sense of it.
I tried to understand by watching some YouTube videos, but none of the situations seemed to resemble mine.
She is supplied with internet by Bouygues with fiber optic. The guy installed the modem, connected a network cable to an Ethernet socket, and that was it.
So I wanted to involve you and kindly ask you to explain to me what I need to do for it to work. I will upload the photos.
The electrical socket that's plugged in is the power supply for the box.
The white network cable with the yellow head is the one the technician connected.
The black cables that go to the DTI, I don't know what they're for.
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello,
The small black cords need to be unplugged and not used anymore; they are only useful for transmitting telephone/ADSL signals. The DTI is also unnecessary with fiber. Only one wall socket, socket 4, should work with Ethernet if the jacks, patch panel, and wall socket are properly wired.
To power all the female RJ45 sockets in this communication box, also known as the patch panel, each socket needs to be connected with an Ethernet cord to an Ethernet output of the router. If all the wall sockets need to be powered, there seem to be 7, and you will need to add a switch behind the router, which typically has 3 or 4 Ethernet outputs.
Ahhhhhh. Ok. I think I understand. I thought the TV box worked via wifi, but it must have been connected to the patch panel as you say. I only have 2 additional devices to connect. A PC in the living room and a TV box or PC upstairs.
I am currently away, I will apply your advice this weekend, and I will be sure to keep you updated.
Hello,
strangely, we see two DTI in the box but no fiber PTO.
And there you go ....
But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!
Hello,
Isn't it stuck under the main circuit breaker? The image doesn't have a great resolution.
Or maybe there's another cabinet or shelf under this communication box. Because the Ethernet cable from the box is hidden at the back, just like its power cable. The Pto would be with the box.
It's a shame, it's a nice installation, but there's this second DTI hanging around and these loose patch panels, just like this electrical socket that's also not secured to the rail.
