Hello, I'm arriving in the ludiclub game room but it keeps telling me the same thing, impossible to connect error 24060.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello,

    Here are two points that should help more than one.
    Yes, the answer was in the website's FAQ ;)

    For those on Vista:

    I am on Vista and I receive an error message like "The program has stopped working".
    You need to disable DEP protection.
    1. Click on Start
    2. Click on All Programs
    3. Click on Accessories
    4. Right-click on "Command Prompt"
    5. Click on "Run as administrator"
    6. Paste this command into the prompt window:

    bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
    7. Press enter, the following phrase should appear "Operation successful"
    8. Restart. The DEP function is now disabled

    Hi,

    have you tried disabling your firewall, or at least disabling your protection service... then once in the game room, you can reactivate everything.

    and normally, you should be able to play and join us.

    hi everyone

    I have a small problem playing on ludiclub, it worked for a while, but for the past few months I haven't been able to play anymore...

    it's Vista telling me "ludiclub coinche has stopped working" and I have to close the program.

    does anyone have a solution?!

    Hello, I have Windows XP and I can't play on Ludiclub. I've opened an account and when I try to enter the game room, it tells me to install a plugin. I do that and then it says error. Can someone please help me?

    For Windows XP, I opened Ludiclub, then Help, then Technical Support, and downloaded the Ludi plugin, and that should be fine.
