Hello, I'm arriving in the ludiclub game room but it keeps telling me the same thing, impossible to connect error 24060.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Here are two points that should help more than one.

For those on Vista:

I am on Vista and I receive an error message like "The program has stopped working".
You need to disable DEP protection.
1. Click on Start
2. Click on All Programs
3. Click on Accessories
4. Right-click on "Command Prompt"
5. Click on "Run as administrator"
6. Paste this command into the prompt window:
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
7. Press enter, the following phrase should appear "Operation successful"
8. Restart. The DEP function is now disabled

I have a small problem playing on ludiclub, it worked for a while, but for the past few months I haven't been able to play anymore...

Hello, for some time now I haven't been able to connect to Ludi. The page comes up with my username, but when I try to enter a room, it tells me that the application cannot be found and that the application is not correct... the protocol specified in this address is not valid... and I don't understand anything... meanwhile, I haven't been able to play for 10 days and I have a subscription... help...

For Windows XP, I opened Ludiclub, then Help, then Technical Support, and downloaded the Ludi plugin, and that should be fine.
