"wipes data" does not appear during reset

Hello.
Problem with a new Redmi Note 12.
The unlock pattern is no longer recognized (it has been the same for a year)... Bug?
I followed the procedure for a factory reset.
Issue: the "wipes data" option does not appear in the menu.
I only have:
* Reboot (which restarts...)
* Connect with Mi assistant (I tried connecting via USB to a PC, but no connection)
* Safe Mode (which reboots in safe mode, but irrelevant)
I disconnected Family link (saw it on a forum).
Why doesn't "wipes data" appear???

Hello.
It's possible that this is a bug or that the Family Link account is blocking the Wipe Data option; there have been other similar cases to yours, check this with Xiaomi.
