I forgot my parental code on a CANAL+ decoder.
If you forget your parental code, visit the CUSTOMER SPACE to reset it, through the Account / My CANAL+ account / Reset my TV parental code section.
For the reset of your Parental Code to be effective, your decoder must be turned on to the CANAL+ channel if you are a subscriber to CANAL+ or to the CNEWS channel if you do not have the CANAL+ channel in your package.
Please note, the signal is only broadcast for 5 minutes, so you must turn on your television to one of the above channels as soon as you request the reset.
Once reset, you will need to create a new Parental Code by following the on-screen instructions.
To reset your Parental Code
If you forgot your Parental Code, you can reset it 24/7:
By logging in to MY ACCOUNT section MY SUBSCRIPTION/Reset my Parental Code.
