    Hello.

This means that there is no longer enough free space on the SSD, you need to make some room.

      Hello and thank you

I just need to know how to delete the history without losing my cash register data in case of a tax audit.

      I will check

      thank you

Probably just connect an external hard drive or a USB stick to your cash register and transfer the history to it.

        Hello,

Not even sure, the manipulation could amount to modifying the content of the accounting and/or being able to import it elsewhere from this backup, which legally, if the software in question is fiscally certified, it must prohibit.

I really don't see any other solution than to contact the reseller or the manufacturer.

    Hello,

No, I have never had that and I don't have a case....

But I am tempted to draw parallels with PCs... and from your message, it sounds like a hard drive issue... either full or with errors... which should be checked... The "disk" seems to be an SSD..?

You either need to clear some content to make space... or consider replacing it with a new one...

      Hello and thank you

Yes, the drive is an SSD. I will look into how to free up space without losing data in case of a tax audit
