Hello,
We have been on the internet since Thursday afternoon. The little box is flashing red. There's a problem with the antenna. It's very complicated as we need it for our work. We are in L'Isle Adam.

at a minimum, you should have indicated who your service provider is...
in any case, if it's an antenna issue, you'll need to wait for a repair from your internet provider...
just in case, you can always try completely unplugging your box, waiting a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
if the problem persists, call your provider's customer service and request an intervention.

in the title the operator, is apparently Ozone.
However, we are talking about an antenna when it would be a fiber connection and the little box is probably an ONT, but it could also be radio as that exists with Ozone.
In any case, make sure to check the connections and contact Ozone.

But misery, the line spacing is such a pain!!
