Hello.

Could you tell me how to do it to remove this that always appears "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" I can't reset the PC either or open it if I download CCleaner

I am on Windows 10 portable laptop.

    Hello,

    To disable this warning, search for Control Panel in the Start menu search area and open it. Click on User Accounts > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings.

    Slide the slider all the way down (Never notify) to disable User Account Control. Click OK to confirm the change.
