Hello,
Cookies are stored in the browser in which you visited web pages. To manage and delete cookies, here is a help page for Chrome and Samsung Internet.
They are stored in these locations:
Chrome: /data/data/com.android.chrome/app_chrome/Default/Cookies
Samsung Internet: /data/data/com.sec.android.app.sbrowser/app_sbrowser/Default/Cookies
Your phone, however, must be rooted to access it.

Hello,
It all depends on your browser.
Here's how to access cookies using Chrome:
Open Chrome (which can be found in the applications drawer)
Click on the 3 little dots at the top right, then on Settings.
Scroll down to Site settings
On the next screen, click at the very top on All sites. The list of visited sites with cookies will be displayed.
What one clearly conceives,
One can express clearly,

Alright, I'll take a look at that.

In "Default Apps", "Samsung Internet" is checked
"Chrome" is unchecked.
What's this mess ??

Alright, I have an interest in using "Chrome" if I want to access the cookies.
On the PC, I delete a good hundred every evening (keeping the ones that are useful).
Thanks for the info

Okay, but when you’re not using a browser
When you do a "Google" search and visit a site?
-
There is necessarily a browser called by the smartphone to use the search engine.
The question remains whether Google uses Firefox or Chrome (which is installed by default).
So you go into the smartphone settings:
Settings > Apps > Default app settings
You can still check Chrome to see if there are, by any chance, some cookies.
