I bought a box to turn my old TV into a smart TV. It is supposed to give me access to all channels. But the connection isn't working. If you can help me. Thank you in advance.

- The testimonials on blogs and information sites are telling: late or nonexistent delivery, operational problems, product returns to China with no effect…
