Instagram black screen bug / error

Hello,

I haven't been able to use Instagram for 3 days. I can log in via the iPhone app, but the screen is black, only my profile picture appears, and wherever I go (messages, feed, profile) I get an error message that says: “An error occurred, please try again.” However, my profile remains visible to other users.
I’ve tried everything; I’ve changed my password several times, deleted the app, turned off my phone, tried logging in from another iPhone (I can log in but the screen stays black just like on mine), and I've attempted to log in via Safari and Chrome but can’t connect, the page shows an error message (both on computer and iPhone), so I can’t open the app through the internet…

I don't think I've been hacked because otherwise I wouldn't have access to my account, and it also doesn't seem to be a widespread issue since my secondary account works perfectly. So it's a bug specifically related to my account.
Help!!!! I really need to reconnect to this account.

It's coming from their servers, so the only thing possible is to wait for Instagram to fix the issue.

Time passes, and nothing gets resolved… there were voice messages that kept repeating, but that was fixed for me. However, I know that for others, it's still an ongoing issue. When I go during the peak times for followers, nothing shows up, and when I want to access my account settings, everything is black; I don't have access, nor to my saved posts or archives…

Thank you for your response, do you know if it takes time? What worries me is that I am an isolated case so I'm afraid they might not "realize" this bug despite me reporting it.
I hope they will fix this quickly because my account is my work tool..
