Hi, I cannot access intelligent provisioning on HP G9 380 DL server and
Furthermore, F10 does not appear at server startup, with the error displaying ''battery failure'' regarding the smart storage battery

    Hello,

    I assume that the "battery fault" reported is the internal battery on the motherboard that maintains the CMOS memory... a 3-volt lithium battery or a bit more...?

    In light of this message, it would be wise to check by measuring this voltage to get to the bottom of the matter... If you can't do that, you should replace this battery anyway... then reconfigure and start the machine.

    That's my opinion... to be verified.
