Hello,
In general, it’s the BIOS battery that is dead and needs to be replaced.

Thank you very much for your response.
To change the battery, do I have to take it to a repair shop, or is it possible to do it myself?
Thank you

I got censored yesterday by the bot, probably because of a link describing how to protect yourself from static electricity when handling, so do your own research on this point.
The battery itself is in principle a plain CR2032 you can buy (round and flat).
Changing it, aside from static electricity, depends on the access you have to it.
It's not easy on a laptop where everything is packed into a cramped space and which is not easy to dismantle without breaking things if you're not used to it, I do not recommend it.
On a desktop it's case by case; the location is sometimes hidden under another component obliging disassembly. You just have to open (obviously unplugged from mains, plus take precautions against static electricity) to check.
