Panasonic TV turns on and then off immediately

Hello, I have a Panasonic TV model TB-43W60AEZ. It is plugged into the electricity via an extension cord with a switch, which allows me to completely turn it off because I don't like wasting electricity with standby. So, I first turn it off with the remote to avoid damaging it, then I cut the power on the extension cord. I manage to use it, but there is still a problem that bothers me.
When I turn on the TV via the extension cord, the TV's indicator flashes and "Panasonic" appears on the screen for a few seconds, just like when you turn it on normally. However, when "Panasonic" disappears, the screen turns off and the indicator stays red. To fully turn it on, I have to press the remote.
In itself, it’s not a huge problem since the TV works, but I would like it to turn on directly when I plug it in, instead of going into standby right after. I’ve tried to check the settings but I haven’t found anything. Does anyone know how to change this? I have an elderly person using it, and they get frustrated when the TV doesn’t work simply.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
If before cutting the power supply, you "turn off" the television with the remote control, you are putting it in standby. So when you restore the power, it tries to turn on, but since it was in standby, it goes back into that state and you need to press the remote to turn it back on.
In my opinion, if you cut the power supply directly while the television is on, it will turn back on by itself when you restore the power. At least that's how it works for my Samsung.
