How to hide the Messenger contact list on FB?

Hello,

On my Facebook page under Windows 11, I have the list of my FB Messenger contacts displayed on the right. I have the option to hide all of them or show all of them, but not to hide some and show others.

There is a specific contact that I do not want to see appear on the main page. How can I do that? I want to keep the contact in my FB Messenger friends/contacts list.

    The option to hide contacts is only available on the Messenger mobile app. For a better experience, update your app to the latest version.
