Window "How to Edit PDF File" that keeps opening all the time

For the past few days, I have been seeing a "How to Edit PDF File" window that opens by itself after a few minutes of browsing a webpage.

How can I disable it?

      Clear the Chrome cache and if the problem persists, reset Chrome with Resetbrowser.
