Unable to create a Facebook page

Hello,

I've been trying for a few days to create a Facebook page for my business. It keeps saying "error" and if I try too many times, they tell me I have made too many attempts and prevent me from trying again for a while.

The name of the page is "BigPixel - Computer Equipment." For the category, I put "computer store," and I add a standard description like "Your site blabla..."

I would like to know what I can do to finally create this page, and if there's something I'm doing wrong, or a sure-fire method to create a page.

I need this page to launch ads; I need help.
