Change your name on Outlook messaging

Hello,

I'm creating an email address on Outlook and I want two first names to appear when someone receives the email (my first name and my husband's). This is apparently a very simple operation by going to File on Outlook and clicking on account > edit. However, no "edit" button is showing up on the Outlook app. It's a bit frustrating.

Do you know how to do it? I changed my name on the general Outlook profile by adding my husband's first name, but it doesn't change anything. People still receive an email with just my first name.

Thank you for your help,

Madeleine

Hello,

Is it the ink bottle, Outlook for Office or Webmail?

In this latter case, the visible name of the sender (which has nothing to do with the account name) changes in the Microsoft account profile.
