Facebook notification not found issue

Hello,
For 4 days I've been having a problem with Facebook.
I can't remove the notification that appears on the arrow next to my profile name. (+9)
I haven't found anything on my profile justifying the +9 notifications...
My Instagram and Facebook accounts are linked.
I feel like it's an update issue with Facebook.
If you have any solutions to get rid of it, I would appreciate it.
I've tried everything...
Thank you in advance for your responses.

Hello
Usually, it's Instagram notifications that show up there if your two accounts are linked...
Open the tab to see what the notifications are about.
Is there nothing on Instagram?
;)
-
Nothing at all.
In my opinion, it's the latest Facebook update that caused this bug, maybe? -
What's there when you open the tab that says 9+?
-
Actually, there is nothing at all and I can't see where the notifications might be... does anyone else have the same problem?
-
Do you think it's the Instagram app that's bugging out?
-
Maybe... it's strange.
Have you tried logging out? And clearing your mobile's cache? -
Yes, disconnecting and reconnecting. How do you clear the cache on the iPhone?
-
I just did it and still nothing! It's frustrating, I really don't understand how to get them off…!
-
I also tried clearing the cache and there’s still no change… I admit I have no idea where this is coming from...
-
delete the app and reinstall it?
same with insta?
after that, I'm afraid there's nothing to do except report the bug to facebook... -
Are you sure there's nothing when you go on Instagram (directly from Facebook)?
Tonight I had +12 and there were indeed 12 new notifications on Instagram...
Did you make a report? -
Yes, there is nothing at all. I opened my account space and there is nothing that indicates a +9 anywhere... it’s really crazy… I don’t understand…
I must have a bug somewhere…
I made a report but Facebook doesn’t check it at all and doesn’t take it into account…
