PC boots into BIOS, red BOOT LED activated

Hello,
I just built my PC with completely new components. When I turn it on, I am automatically redirected to the BIOS, and a red LED lights up on the motherboard (Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR4) next to the BOOT label.
Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem or possible solutions? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello,
You need to install an operating system.
Use the link to download the Windows ISO to create a USB drive (minimum 8GB) to update, repair, or install Windows.
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows11
Once you have the Windows ISO file, you can create a Bootable USB drive with Rufus.
In GPT mode for EFI.
Boot from it using the Boot Menu key on the PC (most likely F12).
You can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key".
Choose "Custom Installation" (not upgrade).
Delete all system partitions and create a new one.
Hello,
"a red LED lights up on the motherboard (Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR4) at the BOOT indicator."
These are the LEDs that are called, at Gigabyte, Status LEDs (CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT). These LEDs indicate what the problem is. In your case, the Boot lights up because you have not yet installed an operating system (OS). If you don't have an OS, you can prepare a USB installation drive on another PC. Microsoft provides utilities for this: RUFUS or Windows Media Creation Tool. But you will need to have a Windows license that corresponds to the chosen version (10 or 11). You can find licenses sold online at affordable prices (less than €15, for example) on certain sites like Cdiscount, for instance. You will need to enter the product key that will be sent to you by email by the seller during the OS installation.
