How to remove "MENTIONED PEOPLE" under videos?

Hello, I've recently noticed that a "Mentioned People" feature with name & photo is automatically appearing in the description of our YouTube videos.
How can we remove this feature that we did not want?
It clutters our own description by sometimes displaying people who don't even correspond to the mentioned individuals (homonyms or similar names), and we don't necessarily want to have the name and photo of certain mentioned people imposed in our own description; it should remain our free choice.
