Locate phone with smarttag

Hello,

I have a Samsung smarttag that should help me ring my phone to find it. But when I double press the tag, it beeps but does not locate the phone.

    Access the device plug-in, highlighted in blue at the bottom

    Then, press the smart button

    And finally, check, search for phone or tablet

    And there you go, your phone is ringing
