Hello,
You haven't mentioned the issue since the 3 keys exist ;-)
Since Delete is linked to the Fn key, you might need to use ctrl+alt+fn+Delete
Often on these keyboards, with Fn+Esc you can toggle all the keys requiring Fn or not.
Hello everyone,
Thank you for your quick responses :-)
I had him try the key combination (in image message 1 + message 3) over the phone yesterday, but it didn't work because his PC was stuck on a Windows update, a black screen, and then the cursor from his touchpad appeared an hour later. He didn't call me back, probably because the update got installed. He told me he had turned off the PC twice during the update, which is why there was a black screen, just barely visible in the attached screenshot, the worst thing you could do. He probably realized too late because of his impatience.
My nephew doesn't even know which version of Windows is installed.
I will check in on him to guide him through a new procedure if the PC has installed the update (messages 1 + 3), the one I had also advised him.
The problem is he is in Île-de-France (studying hospitality) and I am in Nouvelle Aquitaine, and I will only see him for Christmas, along with his PC.
The phone remains the means of communication; taking control remotely if his PC works won't be very useful since maybe my keyboard will execute the command, but it's mainly my nephew who will need to execute it.
I spoke to my little nephew on the phone.
Things are getting complicated....!
His Acer PC is still stuck on a black screen.
And my nephew received and saw this message: Reverting changes made to your computer.

Subsequently, he received this message:

My nephew left his PC on all night last night and it is still stuck on: Restarting.
So he can't do his classes on his PC (future star chef :-)
He will try the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl + Alt + Delete again.
But also the advice I gave him. (the removable battery among other things).
Otherwise, it may end up with a reinstallation, which should be avoided because of his classes and hospitality files.
I explained to him how to put the PC in repair mode to reset it if possible without losing documents.
Hello everyone,
2 days ago:
I checked in with my nephew.
His Acer PC is still stuck on --► Canceling changes
He sent me a picture:

I gave him the procedure over the phone to fix --► Canceling changes
This took some time, but now his PC is working after 3 days of being stuck.
I took the opportunity to ask him for photos because I don’t know his PC to see what’s inside.
Update:
He indeed had a failed update:
