Si vous pouvez copier/coller un log, on trouverait peut être le driver responsable, si c'est un driver.
Si multiple crashs différents vérifier la ram avec Memtest86 Free USB

donc voir avec le vendeur

Oui j'y ai pensé mais le problème est que quand j'ai acheté le pc j'ai du changer la carte wifi car l'ancienne brider ma connexion. Donc je pense que la garantie saute dans ce cas non ?

J'ai essayé pour memtest mais ca ne boot jamais la clé usb même après avoir mit a jour le bio.
