Epson Et-1810 - photo paper marks from roller pressure

Hello!

I have a problem with my Epson Et-1810 printer and I was wondering if anyone here could help me. I've noticed that every time I use photo paper, the printer leaves marks on the paper caused by the pressure of the paper feed rollers. I don't know how to avoid this. Is there a way to loosen these rollers? I've looked a lot but I'm not getting anywhere, does anyone have an answer?

    Does the paper deform when passing through the rollers, or is it a deformation of the print points?
    Do you use original Epson paper?

      These are the notched rollers (shaped like pizza wheels) that leave impressions on glossy paper.

      No, I need to use a different paper than the one sold by Epson.

    You might be using paper that is too soft or too thick.. There are too many so-called compatible photo papers

    I would lean towards a paper whose surface is not hard enough for the printer's mechanics.. Try another brand. A brand that works fairly well with Epson is "Tecco"
    But you should try it with Epson paper... and if it does the same thing = back to customer service..

      I have the feeling that no matter the paper, the rubber rollers leave marks. Is there any way to loosen them so that they press less on the paper? I've seen some people completely remove them, but I'm afraid it might cause problems with feeding the sheets. I don't know.

        It’s a printer that can print without margins. The paper needs to be held in place; otherwise, it will go off track or slip…

        But there is also one thing that influences the printer, which is the type of paper declared in the driver at the time of printing… This defines the speeds, the amount of ink, and perhaps the feeding pressure since this printer can handle paper from 100 to 265 grams.
