This can happen for several reasons. Instagram sometimes applies filters or automatically adjusts the brightness when you post multiple photos. Before posting, make sure to check each photo in the editor to ensure that no filters are activated by default.
Otherwise, it might be Instagram's compression that darkens your images. Try resizing your photos to 1080 x 1350 pixels before posting. And finally, if you are using dark mode on your iPhone, turn it off to see if that helps.
