Hello,
Hello, if I delete the data in the Insta app, does that mean I lose all my photos and my followers? Or is it something else?
My posts freeze halfway through, and reading your advice, I see that some are resolved by deleting the data and clearing the cache!

Hello

To my knowledge, you can't delete data directly in the app... you can only download it (and have it sent to you via email, which corresponds to an export of your history)...

However, you can clear the cache (and data) from your mobile settings... which makes the app lighter...

Thank you for this quick response! Yes, I understand that I need to do it in the settings of my phone, I found it, but I hesitated because I’m afraid it will erase all my photos and my followers (and since I have a professional account for my artistic activity, I can't afford that...) So if I delete my data, will my account and everything associated with it be kept?

uh?... personally I wouldn't do it... I've always used this feature only on apps that I've permanently deleted afterwards... or on games... (so no real importance)

I'll show you what’s written on my iPhone: Unload app -> this will free up the storage space used by this app while keeping the associated documents and data. If the app is still available in the app store, reinstalling it will restore all your data

you want to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, right?
I’m trying to get confirmation that I can do this without messing everything up (I have a Samsung, not an iPhone, you never know)
I just saw a message on the app from someone who has exactly the same issue as me since the same date. Curious?
I did an update but it didn't change anything :/
