        As stated in my previous message, the link leads to the complete installation software for your printer, not to HP Smart. Please see the attached photo in my previous message; all you need to do is download and install it.

        I would like to reinstall HP Smart, it searches for 2 seconds, and the page freezes, there is something missing from the printer.

        Stupidly, I reset the computer, the printer prints with the smartphone, I can't scan, etc....

    Formally, HP Smart serves no purpose other than fetching drivers online, while showering you with a bunch of "utilities" that are useless and consume resources in the process.

    The Easy Start installation software typically includes the installation of the printer and scanner, as Bazfile highlighted.
