I received a red Snap and the photo had "media charger" written on it, what does that mean?

Hello,

That means it's an image loaded from a third-party app.

Hello, so does that mean that it’s not a photo taken by the sniper at all, he found it elsewhere on the internet and downloaded it then sent it from his gallery? (I understood the answer but it's to be 100% sure)
