My son set a password that he forgot on his klipad kl638dk tablet. I tried the power button and volume+ method, but it doesn't work. Please help me...

  • If your tablet turns on and you have access to the settings, follow the instructions below:

- Go to the settings of your tablet

- Select accounts and backup or backup and reset
