Klipad 3669 schematic lost

Hello,
I just bought a second-hand Klipad 3669 tablet online (from Leboncoin). Problem! The unlock pattern is unknown, obviously! I contacted the seller again, who explained the procedure to follow, and still nothing!! I did a reset, but I'm still being asked for the pattern! I should mention that this device arrived in its original box with everything that goes with it..
I reached out to Klipad support, but they haven't replied! I still have your insight! I bought this tablet for my little girl.. I hope I haven't been scammed.

    Hello,
    here is what the tablet manufacturer says: 

     If your tablet turns on but gets stuck on the startup screen or elsewhere, perform a reboot. This means you will force the system to restart to factory settings. All your data will be lost.

    - With the tablet turned off, press the POWER button and volume +

    - A screen will appear with instructions in English

    - Scroll down the list of options using the volume - button until you reach reboot system now

    - Confirm the reboot by pressing the POWER button for 2 seconds

    Your device will restart as it originally was.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly! But I've already done this maneuver! I'm being asked for the old scheme over and over again! There's a small padlock in the top left corner. Even with my Google account, it doesn't work! Help me!! Best regards.

      Attention, you need to press the volume+ and power buttons while the tablet is off and hold them down until the screen indicated in the procedure appears, try again.

    I did it! Unfortunately, the lock persists!! I was simply taken in. The Klipad support is very clear on the subject: no help in case of lost password or pattern! The seller mocked me, what an idiot! (no returns possible) This is a way to earn money in complete immorality. Thank you!

        The good corner! My means are limited and I wanted to please my little girl, because of the special keyboard that comes with it... It's a bust, too bad for me! 50€ is not the end of the world. Except that I would never do such a thing. Klipad is a basic and now crappy tablet, I've got it! Thank you again. You're kind!
