Error message on the new YouTube to MP3 converter 2024

Hello everyone

Shortly after renewing my subscription with the activation key for "Youtube to MP3 converter 2024", I received the following error message:

Parsing error (100023)

when I try to download a song from youtube.

I wrote to the DVDVidéoSoft Team support, the seller of the key, but I still haven't received any response from them. Does any of you have a solution to my problem?

    Hello,

    I have exactly the same problem. My old Premium key is no longer valid with version 2024, so I had to buy a new one and I'm still getting error 100023.

    After several messages to the technical support, I haven't received any response from them.

    I find that dishonest.

      Should I keep Firefox open all the time afterwards or can I remove it if everything works well, in order to avoid conflicts with too many browsers?

        I think you can keep it for at least some time, there is little risk of conflicts.

    Hello

    The response from Spiralio that I received was very helpful. It allowed me to download music again even if I have to juggle a bit between the Google, Safari, or Firefox apps.
