Hello,
my daughter has written on my Samsung LCD screen and there are big scratches, how can I remove them? Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I just read your post that interests me a lot; I'm in the same situation, and I would like to know if you found a solution for the scratch on your TV because my child did the same thing, and I don't know what to do to remove or lessen it.

    Unfortunately, I still haven't found a solution to the scratch problem on the LCD screen!! Having gone through several customer service options, none of them have provided a solution other than replacing the screen, which apparently is very expensive! In any case, if a solution exists, I would like to know about it!!

    There is glue for mobile screen cracks. Buy the glue and some black dye. And that's it, perfect. You spread the glue with a razor blade.....jojo

I also have a scratch on my LCD screen, and I saw a polish called Displex

for phone scratches. I haven't tested it yet; I'm waiting to receive it. Who knows, it might help you.

Non, c'est une petite rayure blanche. Ils m'ont dit d'essayer avec du polish très doux, mais je ne veux pas prendre le risque. N'existe-t-il aucun produit pour masquer ?

Now I don't know if it's the same origin as yours. I will contact Samsung because the TV works well I don't think it's the responsibility of customer service the TV is 1 month old.

    No, you’re not dreaming, I also have the black frame gradually fading and it's happening inside the TV. When I got it, there was nothing. After 3 weeks, there was a 2 mm scratch and now, 2 months later, it measures more than 20 centimeters. My TV is mounted on the wall and I have no children who could scratch it. Anyway, there’s nothing on the outside of the TV.
