Well no, I didn't install it but here's how I managed to get rid of it: I installed iTunes (which wasn't on my machine) and from there I was able to remove the Bonjour component. Thank you for your help.
It does not exist by default in Windows 10 and 11; it can be installed without your knowledge because you may have used a software or connected an Apple device.
