Unable to add member to Messenger conversation

Hello,

I can no longer add members to a Messenger conversation while others can on the same chat.

First, I tried to create the group chat with all members and then with a limited number: impossible (either on computer or phone).

One member then created the chat, and I managed to add 20 people (friends and non-friends) and now I can't continue adding people while others can.

Do you have a solution?

    Hello

    There might be a temporary blockage if you add a lot of people in a short amount of time... Social networks tend to dislike repetitive actions (you come off as a bot).

    Try waiting (several days without attempting again) to see if that changes anything.

Sometimes, if you add many members to a group in a short amount of time, the app may impose restrictions. You can try waiting 24 hours and then retrying. If the problem persists after that, you can report the issue to Facebook using the "Report a problem" option in the Messenger app settings.
