Swim headphones 400 impossible to connect to a PC

Hello

I have exactly the same problem on the Swim 400 model

it no longer connects to any computer

NO driver needs to be updated because there isn’t one

I went to my store, Intersport

They refused the standard exchange. They were not aware of the bug.

Could you please tell me the procedure you carried out, that would be kind.
