Unwanted ads without browsing the Web

Hello,
I don't think the device matters, but I've had a Xiaomi Redmi Mi 9T Pro for a few years.
For a few days now, I've been getting ads displaying at the same frequency even when I'm not browsing the internet.
I installed Bitdefender, but the scan doesn't find anything. I also installed ADBlocker with no results; the ads keep appearing.
Looking more closely at these ads, I can see that they are OUTBRAIN ads, which some forums consider to be adware. However, Bitdefender doesn't detect it...
If any of you have a solution, I would be grateful.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello,
For the little explanation... https://www.outbrain.com/fr/contextual-advertising/
You need to have an account with them (for your information, I don’t have this type of ad at most, only those from the apps I've purchased)... https://www.outbrain.com/help/fr/advertisers/comment-supprimer-mon-compte/

Finally, while browsing the forum, I just found the solution thanks to:
philsudiste and his response from 05/27/2019:
"I believe I have solved the problem as follows:
When the AD appears, click at the bottom left to see all applications.
Locate "Advertisement", usually the last one.
Press and hold on the left side of this taskbar "Advertisement".
The offending application will appear.
Now you know which one it is and can uninstall it.
This worked for me."Same for me, but instead of "Advertisement", I had "Browser". By clicking on it, I opened a recently downloaded app. Deleting it also removed the ads for me. So the problem is solved.
