Candy Valley Blockage

Hello, it’s been impossible to connect to the Candy Valley app for a few days. It gets stuck at 90%. And a message appears: Alert Authorization failure. Check your connection. However, my Wi-Fi connection is fine. I even tried mobile data. Nothing works. Can anyone help me please, thank you.

    The problem originates from Candy Valley. It has been down for several days and there has been no feedback from the publisher.
