Hello,

My computer is having problems, so I decided to restore it to factory settings to improve its performance.

However, after selecting the language and keyboard layout, I get the message:

An error has occurred, but you can try again

OOBEEULA

But when I click on try again, it just goes back in a loop to that error...

I don't really know what to do, I've already tried a lot of things, but nothing seems to work.

Thank you!

Thank you for the reply, unfortunately, I just did it a second time and it still doesn't work.

I get this message: The specified path is not found.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

Try entering this command as specified here in 6 (after the other commands and a CD command before the path) and more generally solutions 3 to 6.
