OOBEULA Error Windows 10
Menthe -
Hello
My computer has problems, so I decided to restore it to factory settings to improve its performance
However, after the language and keyboard selection step, I get the message
An error has occurred, but you can try again
OOBEEULA
but when I click on try again, it just keeps looping back to this error...
I don't really know what to do, so if someone could help me it would be great
Especially since I have already tried quite a few things, but nothing works
Thank you!

Hello,
Try with a recent ISO:
From another PC, use the tool to download the ISO to create a USB drive to update, repair, or reinstall Windows.
https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/software-download/windows10/
If you already have the Windows ISO file that you can download from the tool, you can create your USB drive with Rufus.
If the PC is old, you need to create the drive in MBR mode.
If it's recent (Windows 8 or higher) in GPT mode for EFI > For Windows 11 GPT for EFI.
Boot from it using the PC's Boot Menu.
https://www.malekal.com/liste-touches-acces-bios-boot-menu-constructeur/
If you can't see it, you can search on Google "[Brand Model] Boot Menu Key."
Choose "Custom Installation" (Not Upgrade).
No need to format if there's space; if there are data, they will be found in a Windows.old folder.
Install on the same partition, or alternatively, delete all system partitions and create a new one (This will delete the data).
Hello
I reach the Windows installation step, but I get the following message:
"Windows cannot install the required files. Verify that all necessary files for the installation are available, and restart the installation: error code 0x8007025D."
What should I do?
Format your USB drive and test it with H2testw
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/11535-h2testw/
To ensure that *Test finished without errors
Open the ISO file with 7-Zip and click on Test
https://www.7-zip.org/download.html
To ensure that there are no errors either.
Before creating your Windows installation drive.
Hello,
Alternatively, a number of essentially DIY fixes may address this issue, see here (in English):
