Forticlient is not working.

Hello,

For my work, when I am working remotely, I use a VPN to connect to our network.

Everything was fine until we changed VPNs.
Since then, when I enter my credentials, it just says:

"Action: Connecting..."

Nothing more happens

Some details:
I am on Windows 11
The VPN is Forticlient 7.4.0.1658  
My box is a Bbox Ultym special Fiber client

The VPN configuration has been checked and nothing abnormal was found, and it works with another ISP. However, it doesn't work on my 4G

On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection itself works fine

Does anyone have an idea?

Hello,

The first thing to check in this case is whether on the VPN server side all remote addresses are properly allowed, a lot of them filter that, it's unbearable.

And there you go ....

But misery, how annoying are the line breaks!!
