this whole thing feels a bit lacking, anyway.
Ilosca is by definition a non-professional Wifi network intended for mainland military personnel; it operates like any other Wifi network by connecting to the appropriate SSID, which does not imply that all personnel necessarily have identifiers (and that the military personnel in question is supposed to know how to obtain them) nor that this is true everywhere or at any time.
